토토사이트After failing to reach the semifinals of the Asian Championships, the South Korean women’s volleyball team (ranked 37th in the world) redeemed themselves with a win over Australia (53rd) in their final match of the quarterfinal round.
Led by head coach César Hernández González, the Korean team defeated Australia 3-0 (26-24 25-13 25-14) in straight sets in Group E of the quarterfinal round of the 2023 Asian Volleyball Championship in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand on Thursday.

South Korea will play the fifth-to-eighth place match against Group F’s lowest-ranked team, India (67th), on Friday.
If they win that match, they will play the 5th place match on the 6th, and if they lose, they will play the 7th place match on the same day.
Korea conceded the first set at 23-23 after a shaky serve receive, but managed to hold on for the set after Lee Han-bi (Pepper Savings Bank) saved a deuce.
In the second set, the Koreans were better organized and took the set with ease.
